Looks good! The character in the left foreground has an interesting pose like that of a puppeteer giving his puppet instructions, and I fine the interacting mannequins give your eyes some interesting background candy. The curvilinear perspective is a refreshing direction for a piece involving architecture.

My suggestion would be to fix the values of the female with color, her range in her clothing is flat and unfinished when compared to the other rendered figures, namely the one closest to her. The more I look at it, the more I noticed the similarities in the rubble piles, like you duplicated them, and that hurts my ability to view your art for the narrative you're trying to portray. Maybe if you shifted the shadows from the columns to help interrupt them it'll mask that technique. The figures look like that they have more weight, but there aren't shadows reinforcing that except with the headless one and making the kneeling one. They'll seem less disconnected with that quick tweak.

I'm a little confused by the intense color saturation of the goggles other than to highlight her presence, but that job seems to be done by the fact that she's the only one in color, and the very red tether she has leading to/away from her. I'm not sure also if adding volume to the red tether is necessary since it's shape is so narrow, maybe making it a flat value would work better. I hope that helps! Always a fan mane, keep it up!

Sincerely,

Preston
