This is freaking FANTASTIC!! Its absolutely Amazing, the imagination itself is pretty wicked!! I really like the amount of work put into this. I really like the hand and how its made of what I think are demonic people, corpses or zombies I don't know, but its AWESOME!! I really also like the buildings, definitely detailed and magnificent. You really are one of the most amazing artists ever on Deviantart and an inspiration to many more. Awesome job. XD

"demonic people, corpses or zombies" - all valid descriptions for the state of ourselves these days, aren't they? :P
The original concept description we send to Mr. alexiuss included the following descriptions:
"That huge hand is made of thousands of twisting, moving humanoid bodies, piled up to form this hideously titanic hand.[...] The falling bodies have contorted faces, writhing in pain, with flames or a fire like shine coming out of their eyes and mouths."
We also included the following explanation/interpretation for the artwork:
"That whole scenario is a metaphore for man's greed and lust for power, and that this will be his own downfall. Our five fingered hand and it's fine motor ability is something that sets us humans apart as a species on this planet, and that has allowed us to build our civilization. But we destroy along the way and may even be our own doom.
The droping bodies with terrible streams of light or fire coming out of their mouths and eyes shall depict the total consumption by man's inner lustful or greedy fire, his zest for supremacy and satiation. As it's slowly burning man from inside."

what is behind the hand? that is the only thing I don't understand. maybe the edge around the hand is the only flaw. else it is flawless. I couldn't done it myself.
