I also noticed what EyeOfTheTygr mentions about the cars lines... it appears that both the frame of the windows and the broken glass have a highlighted edge when the rest is photo-realistic. I see this as a non issue however due to the fact that it draws you in to see the figure inside.
This has become my favorite deviation series. This piece is no different. Excellent work as usual.
And if you can ad in a giant hamster of doom with goggles and robotic arms. Hamsters are frightening beasts who can chew through steel... trust me I used to work at a pet store.
First off, I believe that the captain must have just walked up to a destroyed car conveniently placed outside the Drive Through and decided to order lunch. That in its self is absolute humor.
Secondly, I love just how detailed you make everything. Upon close inspection, each of the destroyed menus inside the restaurant is perfectly detailed with pictures of the coffee and sandwiches all McDonald's go-ers are accustomed to. There's also a sign that says to order online, which must have been what the captain was doing with his computer several comics ago, no?
When I look at the first panel, something seems a bit off, but I can't tell what exactly it is. Maybe it's that the lines for the windows for the left background buildings aren't strong enough, or maybe it's just me.
Oh, and the name tag is a nice touch.
I love how each one of these strips somehow is unrelated to other, the comic so random, yet it all mashes together somehow.
All in all, the art is wonderful, and it's amazing how you do such a great job on each of the comics while updating the series regularly. Keep them coming!
