...... 1st frame of pilot's memories by Jessica Hellwig. Plot by 's contest entry idea, finally executed on DA as winning entry! I story-boarded this episode! Check it out:
As always the artwork is beautiful, the details on all of the panels are incredible. You can tell a lot of work goes into every panel. I enjoy the different personalities of each character. They really make the art come alive, and they make you feel like a part of the story. The contrast of the black colours and the brighter colours look really nice together, it makes the colours really pop out of the panels. Over all your art is amazing and breath taking, and the story itself is brilliant, and it always leaves the reader wondering and wanting more.
Romantically Apocalyptic is quite possibly my most favourite of post apolalypric fictions EVER!!! The comic is always such an amazing journey of the world paused by nuclear winter with Captain and his men. What I like most about this particular strip to write an oppinion about it is the shift of backgrounds and styles in the panels-this proves what an amazing artist you are.Scribbles, colorful background, the rooms, the ruined city.My favourite has to be Pilot "flying" across the stree and the baloon car took MEIN CAKE!!! Seriously this comic is so random it is amazingly funny. In conclusion-OH NOES FLYING SKELETONS!!! Keep it up my good man.
