Interesting image. A few things in it bother me a bit though...

The blue tonality in the water just doesn't work with the models skin tones. Also, on my monitors (30" macs (2) calibrated) the skin tones are way too yellow on her bottom half. I would also bring up the skin tones in the water. As it is now her reflection in the water is grey, would be neat if you had some true skin tonality in that reflection so it looks as though the waters a mirror.

I also think the water on the back side of the model isn't helping the image much either. Burn it out and add some black space to the left of the frame. It would balance the shot out a bit more and give it an more even flow and a sense of 'the water is about to hit' feel to it..

Pretty cool idea as a whole though. I've done a bit of high speed stuff and always love the results from it. I gotta ask though... what did you need 5 camera's for? Did you do multiple shots and stitch them together?
