I really love how you use water to cloth this faerie. However, some sort of background, it doesn't have to be as eye-popping as the faerie but some thing faint that someone can look off into the distance. Or some other object that the faerie maybe holding, maybe a chalice of some sort. A story should be conveyed through a picture rather than just a pretty picture (not that there is anything wrong with that). The water and body have correct highlights which is very well done. Overall this picture is very well done, you do have a lot of talent, keep up the great work.
