Unlocked by global warming from the grip of the melting glaciers of Antarctica, the titan awakens...

A truly stunning piece of art right here! This caught my eye from the thumbnail, but upon seeing it as a full-view, it made my skin crawl in both wonder and disgust. The sheer size of this creature is enough to make anyone shudder. Small details such as the birds in the background give an incredible scale to the image that really hits home. The rolling of the clouds adds motion to an otherwise eerily still image.
There is something inescapably Lovecraftian about a titan such as this, rising from the ocean. You can almost feel the terror of the men on the boat below, men who, already so isolated, would be beginning to feel just a little insignificant. That an image can invoke such emotions and such wild imaginations is a credit to the artist.
Well done, =alexiuss. This amazing work will be in my memory for a very, very long time.
Absolutely astounding, I don't think I've seen anything like this; not everyday you see a "giant"thawed out due to global warming. It seems almost curious what the tiny little thing that floats on the water is. The glaciers and clouds seem flawless, and the ship is wonderfully drawn out.
Though it didn't have much of an impact on me myself, it is still an amazing piece as a whole. The creature could have a lot more done to it though, something about it is just... off. It's mostly the torso and forearm, you may want to check into that. Maybe add a bit more highlights to the right side of the forearm and give the body a more dynamic contrast, to make the creature stand out just a little bit more. The arms and legs would also look better if you thickened them a bit, if you were to ever recreate this piece I hope you take these things into consideration.
Again, this is truely an amazing piece, nearly everything about it just leaves me awe-struck. Keep up the good work!
Detailed, yes. But the layers that that were put into this (the clouds, the mountains, the 'Titan', the fog then the ship and water) are almost...overwhelming. But, better than I could have done! It's very good!
