Hey folks! It is now 6pm. You know what that means. It is interview time! Let us begin.
Here is how the interview works: You can all ask questions and chat freely in the chatroom called AtAChat. I will be copy-pasting your questions to Alexiuss and he will answer them in live time in ATAInterview.

Thoughts on a Page: Snippy's Mental StateDoes Charles Snippy have two or more personalities?

Charles Snippy (aka: Mr Snippy or simply as Snippy) Has at least two symptoms of Multiple personalities, the symptoms being Unreasonable fears- in Page number 98 snippy clearly states (to himself) "Oh thank god, Walking mug scare me". Weather he is actually talking to himself or the mug is still unclear- if he is indeed talking to the mug, then he may have Schizophrenia as well, but I will talk about that later. The second Symptom is, or may be Paranoia (perhaps with hallucinations or voices) this could be why 'Captain's' Mug, the Ladybird and the straw is talking to Snippy. In Snippy's j

LAPTOP DOOMMy laptop is now perma-broken due to a)Meesh stepping on it b)Airport breaking off part of it c)Battery frying out d)power chord no longer operating
So... I'm gonna need to acquire a new laptop for traveling to conventions/drawing RA on the plane.
Suggest ideas for new laptop type! Possibly some kind of indestructible tablet?

Yo alexiuss. Remember that music contest? How's the episode going? I'm talking about the one with live actors and whatnot. Just curious. Been a while since we heard anything about that. How far has it gone? Have you gotten far enough to present a revised pilot preview? Also, the story of the comic is a bit of a mindfuck atm.

Also, cleaned up some more in the gallery section and noticed that a lot of people have submitted their own fan fiction and short stories, some even wrote quite long literary works. Maybe you should try a writing contest? I'm sure many would wish to capture the feel and wit of the captain. Others would maybe want an interaction of their fan created characters. Besides, people are creative and inspired. Maybe they'll invent an ingenous plot in which you in turn become inspired. Thus fueling the circle of life and inspiring them further ect.

It's worth a shot. Also, I'll continue moving all non-offical stories to the new Apocalyptic Writings category. I'm sure a contest would fill it up quite a bit. Some fancy points and/or a cameo would probably make people get mad with anticipation.

Well, it's just an idea.

the episode is on hold because the stuff we filmed a year ago was deemed craptastic by the editors.
So, I'm renting a warehouse starting this january and re-filming it.

Are you going to change the captains voice into something more gender neutral by the way? That's the high point of the captains popularity, I think. What is the captains gender. If you display a manly voice, the conclusion would thus be simple and then the mystery of the captain wouldn't remain intact.

People would simple go; "Bummer, man. Mystery solved."

Btw, I'm not sure if you saw it in my previous post. What about a writing contest? Contests are fun and we could a use a few more. Since we've had Storyboards, character designing and music so far.

A pure writing contest would've been fun, I think.

I think it's been determined that Captain uses some kind of voice changer. Snippy made a comment to this effect as well. So even if the voice comes across as masculine, that doesn't mean Captain's a "he". This is the line I was thinking of: "Usually it's incredibly easy to locate Captain thanks to the booming, commanding voice. I don't know how Captain manages to be so loud with a mask on. Electronic amplification, maybe? If it is, then it must be with voice modification or the feedback would be enormous."
