PARIS MAYHEMSo me and my lovely new wife :iconmeeshkamodel: are in Paris it's great here, but there is so much to see its completely overwhelming.
We rented a great loft with a projector, so we can watch movies but we are far too tired every night!!
Have you been to Paris?? If so what did you like the best, so far we went up the Eiffel Tower, went to the louvre, saw the musee d'orsay (another phenomenal museum) and went to montparnasse up this amazingly tall building and saw a great view of Paris.
I think the craziest thing is just how much famous and amazing artwork is here these people have painted murals that are just enormous and the detail is phenomenal. It's really crazy to think how long these pieces must have taken and that the kind of mastery of these classic artists doesn't really exist the same way anymore of course there are phenomenal artists now but this is something so different its a view every artist should see, a city every artist needs to visit.

INFINITE SADNESSIT HAS OCCURRED.
My computer hardrive died tonight. It's been hideously lagging lately, making crackling sounds, pushing releases further and now it has finally given up on itself and possibly committed electronic suicide, unable to take the pressure.
I would bury it in the yard and read a long, winding eulogy about how it served me for two wonderful and magical years, but unfortunately this Orwellian tower's block yard is all cracked concrete and dead tree stumps.
NO COMICS UNTIL COMPUTER IS RESTORED.

Wacom Inkling.I saw an info commercial for the Wacom Inkling, and unfortunately I had some left over money and I completely fell in love.
So this beauty arrived today.

Have to charge it up before first use, so I guess I'll have to wait for a while... But god damn do I want to try it out NOW.

edit: I'm backI have a huge backlog of unanswered e-mails, comments and messages. Sorry about that. The reason is that I've started working at my new school. I had to move into a new apartment to do so and I don't have internet there yet. I often visit my parents on weekends and I can use their connection (as I'm doing just now), so I'll be answering important stuff then, and I should have my own internet back by mid October.
Writing this kinda makes me feel like an internet-junkie going cold turkey.

So yeah, I'mm-a gonna do it. I don't really wanna explain what my story is gonna be, but I'll tell you one thing, it is NOT fantasy. I'm not posting any more original stuff (cuz I don't want it stolen until I get it copyrighted). It's realistic fiction based on real people and real events with many fictional events and characters. On another lighter note, I finished Ouran High School Host Club today. .___. gawd, I'm feeling nostalgia. I also watched 3 episodes with commentary (cuz I rented the DVDs). I now officially love ALL of the hosts cuz at first I didn't like all of them but then a certain episode came around that brought their character new light and I loved them. I FINALLY love Mori now. I always have, but I didn't love him like all the others.

In April of 2001 I went on a class trip to France with several of my high school peers, a few close friends and several chaperones.
It was quite an intense trip for my not-quite-fully-formed young mind, and one which has left me with many a vivid and lasting memory;
Going up the Eiffel Tower at night springs to mind, along with the Palace of Versailles. The miles upon miles of stones at Carnac still spring to mind vividly after nearly ten years as well. Along with eating steaming-hot chocolate croissants on the streets of Paris. The great cemetery at Normandy beach, the breathtaking town of Le Havre, and of course, the majesty of Mont-Saint-Michel.

I still have many happy memories from this trek through the fine nation of france as a sheltered, ignorant fifteen-year-old... Yet every so often when i reflect on my visit to France, I can't help but have one particular incident stick out in my

Alright, well, like I said on CreepE's journal, DA has recently made sporking illegal. So, from now on we'll be submitting all our new stuff to Tumblr AND DA and keep the sporks Tumblr exclusive. I will link the Tumblr on this journal and my account. I will notify you weekly our Tumblr activities.
I will submit my new OCs next week. I want to touch up on them a bit. These OCs will have a picture an interview each. They...probably won't be what you'd expect. So keep an eye out for next week.
