i enjoyed the beginning of the story where they were having fun in a way to past the time in an apocalyptic world and easy to follow story line to it then when Caner came the plot got more interesting but its just confusing me now with Amber and reading the wiki some what help but fail. there are plot holes to be filled and stuff missing/explanations to be shown and i feel the story is going off topic from apocalyptic world to scifi...i think Amber is a future decedent of Snippy centuries later but thats a huge jump...eventually the story would make scene but if nearly 2,000 people is confused with the story line then something is completely wrong...a lot. and in the books are there the journal entries/extra text in them

It bothers me that you have to read the wiki to understand what's happening and I DON'T EVEN THINK THE PLOT IS THAT COMPLICATED, it's just that the comic itself doesn't explain much, don't know if it's meant to be like this cause the author wants to be cryptic and experimental or it's just a narrative failure.

As much as I love the comic, for me RA is losing the ability to tell a history and becoming a secuence of amazing drawings.

I am kinda working it out as I go along, and am absolutely positive that by the end of zee arc all zee answers shall be revealed. Or I'll just keep guessing as to what's happening and hope I get it right. I'm pretty certain though Snippy just lost his status as a 'sane' member of the group.

BUT the name "ANCESTOR" arc made me think of Homestuck.
And suddenly some things appear even clearer to me, and yet I don't realize what they actually are, but there they are.
