Green screen, this is so if you want to do some film work you have a good patch of screen to use. You can use any colour to key out the background but green is best for this because theoretically human skin has the least green pigment in it that any other colour.
From my experience its always depended on the colors in your foreground subjects ... blue might give better results with all the leather costumes. A little bit of color will get reflected, and blue is a lot easier to hide. The most important thing is evenly lighting it, whichever you choose.
Not really. Not everything the models wear is the same color that it is in the comic. The real Captain jacket is blue, so I would think bluescreen would be a bad choice to begin with, but I'm pretty sure Pilot's goggles aren't tinted at all. The color is added during editing.
Even if they are tinted, goggles are minor compared to something like a jacket. For the comic work cleaning the shots with Pilot in them would be easy, and they would have to be edited to some extent for video as well anyway.

I get the feeling that most of the people voting on this are choosing based on which color is prettier/sexier/more lickable/more hipster-like in their opinion, than what would really be convenient for the shoots. 8C
